Serving (Local Missions)
Everyone is different and has different interests and abilities. When it comes to volunteering we try to find the best fit for you so that you can make your biggest impact for Jesus.
At First Church you can volunteer, serve, show up, make music, connect, and more. Ultimately, we serve as an expression of love for Jesus and our community. Below are just some of the ways you can help.
Salvation Army Bell Ringing
In December we help raise money for the Salvation Army by ringing bells. If you would like to sign up for a time to ring please do so by clicking the link below.
Feeding The Hungry
Jesus often shared His love with others over a meal. We follow His example by feeding the hungry in our community. We serve meals at The Connection and The Salvation Army. We help distribute food at one of the local food pantries and we do two or three food drives every year to stock the food pantries.
If you are in need, please contact the food pantries directly for help.

There are several ways to partner with us in feeding the hungry; You can donate to the ministry, bring a salad or dessert to a meal we serve, or simply show up and help dish out the food.

Wednesday Night Suppers
During the school year on Wednesday's we serve a great community meal. We do this to serve you in the middle of your busy life. Supper is served from 5:15 to 6:00 p.m.
